Scott led at The Walt Disney Company for over two decades with roles in hotels, theme parks, recruiting, talent planning, worldwide strategy, and ultimately as an Engagement Manager and Senior Facilitator for Disney Institute. As a practice lead for Disney Institute’s healthcare advisory business, Scott architected and exported world-class culture to clients across healthcare, retail, sports, insurance, government, tech and more!
